The international Atomic energy Agency has a new chief since Dr. Mohammed el Baradai resigned. The chief is singing the same tunes the Americans have given him to try to target the Islamic Republic of Iran. Now, Iran has been under attack by the US using the United Nations Security Council as well as the International Atomic Energy Agency.
